Here’s what Ernestor Rodriguez, the founder of Soulja Loyalty wants to share with you about his clothing line… Listen up warriors:
I began my Military Career in 1986. Afterwards I was mobilized and deployed to Saudi Arabia in support of Operation Desert Storm/Desert Shield. Later in my career I worked in support of mobilization efforts for Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. I retired in 2007 and set out to create my own t-shirt label called Soulja Loyalty T-shirts. My tenure in the military exposed me to finance, logistics, HR Management and also running Military Operations. I attained the rank of Sergeant First Class (E7) as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO). Since departing the military I found great joy in creating fashion t-shirts to compete and offer individuals in the surrounding Washington DC Metropolitan Area with affordable, high quality, edgy t-shirts that speaks to the current demand for alternative t-shirt fashion. Since the creation of Soulja Loyalty T-shirts in 2007, I have participated in the Stone Soul Picnic 2008 where I showcased my brand. In 2009 I re-invented the company and set a Launch date for March 2010. We successfully Launch our first two new t-shirt lines for men and women in March 2009. Our ladies line is called vir2uos (virtuous) and for the men ART-illery (artillery). In May 2010 we participated in the Billion Dollar Baby Fashion Show. Currently, we are developing our third line called “Necessary Evils” and “Savage Ways for Savage Times (SW4ST). On June 6, we will be participating in our first TV Show where we will showcase the vir2uos and art-illery collection lines. Also in our near future, we will be forming a T-shirt Network Group consisting of five t-shirt companies working together to accomplish things that would take each of us individually longer to complete. We are very excited about this endeavor. Our tag line for Soulja Loyalty T-shirts is: No Hype, No Bells, No Whistles, Soulja Loyalty “Nothing Less.” You can find us on the web at www.souljaloyalty.com

Hey, I came over to drop my congratulations for your new clothing (t-shirt) lines and saw all the negativity by the gentleman named Mike Harris. All I can say about that is WOW…I love the website http://www.souljaloyalty.com and what you are trying to do. I just purchased my first VIR2UOS T-shirt, came in the mail and it looks great. I can’t tell the difference between your clothes and the ones at Macy’s. Great Job Nesto. I look forward to seeing what you come out with next.
Yea SO racist for pointing out the obvious.
Dude the black shades, clothes, hat are typical of THIEVES and BURGLARS, not black people, white people wear all black when they rob people to. They wear all black to avoid getting caught, but you wouldnt know that because youre nothing but an Uncle Tom.
Hey Mcfilhenenny F*ck You and F*ck Yo Clothes.
Racism is dead??? WTF…… Have you ever seen a Tea-Bagger Rally?… You ever watched Fox News or listened to Rush Limbaugh? GTFOH with that dumb sh*T.
Aye Mike Harris that guy on the left is me. And for your info I wear the braids and the hat and the shades to get stereotyped by racist people like you. So when they meet me in person and realize what an intellectual individual I truly am they will keep their racist remarks to themselves, or better yet get rid of them all together. I am a young black male going to Virginia Tech this fall to major in Architecture. I have no time to waste defending myself or my uncles clothing line because I know the meaning behind it. Dude it’s the 21st century, that racist crap been dead for awhile now get a new hobby man foreal, it’s just sad.
Mike, the shirt has to do with promoting the 2nd amendment. Thanks for taking the time to comment. Am out! I have better things to do than to entertain you. Obviously you have the time to waste and dont have the intelligence to have a conversation with someone with out insulting them i.e. dumb ass, retarded, etc.
Thanks for the time you spent on the quotes dumbass… did you get those from http://www.brainyquotes.com or what?
What were you trying to prove by posting these Quotes?
Answer my question!!!
I believe in the 2nd ammendment that has NOTHING to do with this convo.
What i am saying is that if a rapper like 50 cent or P. Diddy came out with a clothing promoting guns and vests you would NOT say he was “Supporting the 2nd ammendment” you would “That damn hood-rat is promoting violence, what a stupid mlgg3r”
HERE’S TO THE TRUTH:
“No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government”
– Thomas Jefferson, 1 Thomas Jefferson Papers, 334
“As to the species of exercise, I advise the gun. While this gives [only] moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise, and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun, therefore, be the constant companion to your walks.”
– Thomas Jefferson, writing to his teenaged nephew.
& what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not warned from time to time that his people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms.
– Thomas Jefferson, letter to Col. William S. Smith, 1787
“The very atmosphere of firearms anywhere and everywhere restrains evil interference – they deserve a place of honor with all that’s good”
– George Washington
“The best we can hope for concerning the people at large is that they be properly armed.”
– Alexander Hamilton, The Federalist Papers at 184-188
“Among the many misdeeds of the British rule in India, history will look upon the act of depriving a whole nation of arms, as the blackest.”
– Mahatma Gandhi
“The bearing of arms is the essential medium through which the individual asserts both his social power and his participation in politics as a responsible moral being…”
– J.G.A. Pocock, describing the beliefs of the founders of the U.S.
Men trained in arms from their infancy, and animated by the love of liberty, will afford neither a cheap or easy conquest.
– From the Declaration of the Continental Congress, July 1775.
“Today, we need a nation of Minutemen, citizens who are not only prepared to take arms, but citizens who regard the preservation of freedom as the basic purpose of their daily life and who are willing to consciously work and sacrifice for that freedom.”
– John F. Kennedy
The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them.”
– Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story of the John Marshall Court
“A militia, when properly formed, are in fact the people themselves … and include all men capable of bearing arms.”
– Senator Richard Henry Lee, 1788, on “militia” in the 2nd Amendment
False is the idea of utility that sacrifices a thousand real advantages for one imaginary or trifling inconvenience; that would take fire from men because it burns, and water because one may drown in it; that has no remedy for evils except destruction. The laws that forbid the carrying of arms are laws of such a nature. They disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes.
– Cesare Beccaria, as quoted by Thomas Jefferson’s Commonplace book
No kingdom can be secured otherwise than by arming the people. The possession of arms is the distinction between a freeman and a slave.
– “Political Disquisitions”, a British republican tract of 1774-1775
Are we at last brought to such a humiliating and debasing degradation, that we cannot be trusted with arms for our own defence? Where is the difference between having our arms in our own possession and under our own direction, and having them under the management of Congress? If our defence be the *real* object of having those arms, in whose hands can they be trusted with more propriety, or equal safety to us, as in our own hands?
– Patrick Henry, speech of June 9 1788
“To disarm the people… was the best and most effectual way to enslave them.”
– George Mason, speech of June 14, 1788
“The great object is, that every man be armed. [...] Every one who is able may have a gun.”
– Patrick Henry, speech of June 14 1788
Such are a well regulated militia, composed of the freeholders, citizen and husbandman, who take up arms to preserve their property, as individuals, and their rights as freemen.
– “M.T. Cicero”, in a newspaper letter of 1788 touching the “militia”
referred to in the Second Amendment to the Constitution.
That the said Constitution shall never be construed to authorize Congress to infringe the just liberty of the press or the rights of conscience; or to prevent the people of the United states who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms…
– Samuel Adams, in “Phila. Independent Gazetteer”, August 20, 1789
The danger (where there is any) from armed citizens, is only to the *government*, not to *society*; and as long as they have nothing to revenge in the government (which they cannot have while it is in their own hands) there are many advantages in their being accustomed to the use of arms, and no possible disadvantage.
– Joel Barlow, “Advice to the Privileged Orders”, 1792-93
[The disarming of citizens] has a double effect, it palsies the hand and brutalizes the mind: a habitual disuse of physical forces totally destroys the moral [force]; and men lose at once the power of protecting themselves, and of discerning the cause of their oppression.
– Joel Barlow, “Advice to the Privileged Orders”, 1792-93
An armed society is a polite society. Manners are good when one may have to back up his acts with his life.
– Robert A. Heinlein, “Beyond This Horizon”, 1942
The most foolish mistake we could possibly make would be to permit the conquered Eastern peoples to have arms. History teaches that all conquerors who have allowed their subject races to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by doing so.
– Hitler, April 11 1942
THATS ENOUGH FOR NOW!!!
Not everyone likes Mike Harris because he speak the truth, thats why they call me the TRUTH….
Also… GI Wayne AKA GI Perez Hilton should thank me for commenting because before I commented on here, NOBODY ELSE WAS.
Michael Turner you sir are retarded if you think this clothing line is “dedicated to the second amendment.” Why is this patriotic or something ???
Like I said if P. Diddy made this clothing line you would probaly say something like “thats a disgrace to the military” and not saying “P. Diddy is standing up for the second amendment, hes a patriot!”
GI Perez Hilton your welcome, my comments are more entertaining than your articles that you copy and paste from other websites (like the arizona one from http://www.thedirty.com that you ended up you CHANGING the name of the article on )
These shirts are hot. I checked the website and learned about the company and what they stand for. Thanks Jason. I also found that this company Soulja Loyalty T-shirts also has a ladies line called vir2uos (pronounced virtuos) and another called Genesis. These shirts are creative and Edgy. I never seen G-unit or any other company do these. This company and in particular this Artillery line is dedicated to the second amendment and the armed forces. I respect that. Thanks for the balls to make them and stand behind them. Great job and I look forward to future designs. Not everyone will like them, but then again not everyone liked Jesus or Martin Luther King Jr. either.
Some Research Huh?… How about I just look at what the picture theyre using to market this product…
Example #1: The guy on the left is black, has “braids” or “corn-rolls” or whatever, with an all black hat and all black shades… His T-shirt has guns and bullet-proof vest on it… Thats not “thuggish” or “gangster-themed”??? Yea right… If you saw that dude on the street you would think he was a straight up “hoodlum” or “gangster.”
Example #2: The white guy with the lame goat-tee, now if yall saw a white guy dressing like this or looked like this you would call him a Wlgger and you know it.
With this being said, I dont care “what the shirts represent” because i only can see whats on the shirts… I would never let my children wear shirts with bullet-proof vests or guns on them, because i dont want my son to look like a Wlgger.
Seriously people quit being sheep… if you put G-unit, FUBU, Sean John, or ANY brand like that on the front of these shirts NOBODY on this site would think they were cool. They would look just like all other hip-hop inspired clothing out there. As a matter of fact these clothes look like knock-offs of the older G-unit clothes. (G-Unit Clothing is military inspired and uses fatigues and similiar things except they started their clothing line about 7 years ago.)
It is What it Is!!!
It’s bumpin, srumpin, but the definitely have something NICE!!!
I can’t believe you had the audacity to even comment somethin like this. How about you do some research on what the shirts actually represent.
Okay… if these clothes were made by P. Diddy or some rapper made these there wouldnt be ANY postive feedback but since somebody from the military made this its somewhat positive or relevant?…. I dont understand
Think about it, if “G-Unit Clothing” put out t-shirts with guns and bullet-proof vests on them would you support that and think they were doing good things or call the clothes “thugg-ish” or whatever the term is nowadays the african-american themed culture.
